About you:

We're looking for an individual passionate about wellbeing and hospitality, dedicated to generous customer care, with outstanding sense of aesthetic and high attention to detail. Someone who enjoys dynamic and fast-paced environment and being on the move behind the scenes, for the purpose of delivering relaxing and peaceful experience for others. We're seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Welcome Host to join our team full-time (37 hours per week) at the stunning St Sidwell's Point in Exeter. As part of Exeter Leisure, you'll have the chance to showcase your talents in our cutting-edge Leisure Hub.
Working alongside our dedicated team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding spa journey for every guest. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, helping them find balance and tranquillity in our modern oasis.
Spa Welcome Host role responsibilities:
* Take charge of daily spa operation, recognise and prioritise tasks, act as the main point of communication for guests, team and management, to ensure smooth spa performance
* Consistently assist each guest in every step of their spa journey, deliver high standard of hospitality and customer care [phone, email, face to face]
* Book spa treatment reservations in the most efficient and accommodating way, with adequate knowledge and understanding of spa services
* Ensure the optimal level of standards in all spa facilities at all times – adapt the regular routine checks to make sure that thermal facilities, outdoor terrace, spa lounge and changing rooms are always clean and presentable and meet high visual aesthetic expectations.
