Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Home Manager looking to transition into a Regional Operations Manager role in the Dumfries and Galloway area. The ideal candidate may be either nurse or non-nurse qualified and will have the ability to manage their own diary effectively. A proven history with Care Inspectorate (CI) is essential, along with excellent attention to detail. The role involves developing and motivating home managers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the operations of multiple care homes within the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and a proven history with CI.
- Develop and motivate home managers to achieve high performance.
- Manage own diary and work autonomously.
