We’re currently seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to play a vital role in the day-to-day care and development of children in our setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Plan and implement fun and educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observe, assess, and track each child's development.
Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and Manager.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s progress.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
