We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven and highly organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant In this pivotal role, you'll be the engine behind our day-to-day operations — keeping things moving, people informed, and priorities on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making things happen behind the scenes, this could be your perfect next step.
Step into a role where your organisational excellence keeps the heart of our business beating. This is your chance to support high-level leadership, influence daily operations, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
-Be the first point of contact for incoming correspondence and calls — professional, polite, and efficient.
-Draft, prepare and send a range of ad-hoc and templated letters to staff and clients.
-Liaise confidently with staff, suppliers, clients and senior leaders.
-Manage databases and filing systems with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
-Develop and maintain smooth-running admin procedures and systems.
-Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with clarity and precision.
-Book and manage travel, accommodation and transport arrangements.
-Handle Directors' expenses promptly and accurately.
-Take charge of diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference calls.
-Organise and support events and conferences as required.
-Maintain holiday and absence records.
-Support a variety of projects, often with competing timelines.
-Provide administrative support to the Security and Intelligence team.
-Proactively manage the Director's inbox and internal communications.
-Provide seamless cover for the Executive Assistant during annual leave.
-Deliver any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to build rapport and positively influence internal and external stakeholders.
-Strong organisational and planning skills.
-A professional and disciplined approach to all tasks.
-A creative problem-solver who listens actively.
-Familiarity with Health & Safety at Work legislation.
-Discreet, diplomatic and trustworthy — you'll be handling sensitive information daily.
Key Attributes
-Calm under pressure and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
-Proactive team player who's also confident working independently.
-Flexible and adaptable — no two days will be the same.
-Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor tone and style for different stakeholders.
-Able to make sound decisions and take initiative when required.
