• Knowledge of engineering product development processes, manufacturability analysis, work instructions, BDMI(Basic design and maintenance instruction), and Bill of materials.
• Knowledge in GD & T, linear stack-up analysis, CAD Software, PLM, and PDM tools and Analysis
• Maintain Quality on design and drawing updates for manufacturability.
• Modify the existing tool design to upgrade and present market sustainability.
• Apply Geometric Dimension & Tolerance on drawings to maintain Form, Fit and Function of tool.
• Creating Bill of Materials for assemblies.
• Creating various new vendor specifications and manufacture specifications for purchased parts for different Halliburton vendors.
• Performing calculations like Tensile, burst and collapse, O-rings, Pressure rating, Torque to yield, and Tolerance stack up Artificial lift permanent magnet motors.
• Creating a Bill of Materials for assemblies by Product Data Management in the customer PLM/PDM tool named CWI-Cape Web Interface.
