Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or emotional and speech difficulties

Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning activities and ensure all students can engage and succeed

Encourage pupils to develop key life skills like confidence, independence, and communication

Support behaviour management and contribute to a calm, inclusive learning environment

Monitor progress and share insights with the SENCo and wider staff team
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate graduate who:

Holds a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related subject

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (in schools, care roles, or through volunteering)

Demonstrates a calm, empathetic, and flexible approach

Is genuinely interested in a long-term career in education, child development, or therapeutic support
