We are looking for a full-time (part-time possible, by agreement) Administration Assistant to join our Central Support Team on a permanent basis.

The Administration Assistant will support the Office & Facilities Manager and other staff in maintaining the smooth operation of the reception and administrative function across our offices. This role is crucial in ensuring that administrative tasks are managed efficiently, and clients and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome and are directed appropriately.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication skills with keen eye for detail
• Has experience of providing administrative support
• Has ability to work independently and be supportive as part of a team
• Has experience of using IT packages
• Has experience in assisting with health & safety matters
• Is in possession of a full driving licence and use of a car, or otherwise able to fulfil the travel requirements necessary
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• To manage reception area including greeting visitors
• To provide administrative support as part of Central Admin
• To maintain stocks of equipment, stationery etc and raise orders as required
• To assist in obtaining quotes and best value
• To assist with health and safety checks and administration
• To maintain confidentiality, use discretion and sound judgement in undertaking all areas of responsibilities

• Salary: £23,810 - £24,594 FTE per annum
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time might be considered)
• Location: either Church Gresley or Derby with a requirement to provide cover as business need dictates
