What skills and experience we're looking for

Whether you are new to the education sector or are an experienced practitioner, if you are passionate about supporting our students to attend school, to build positive relationships in the world around them, and to help them achieve their full potential, West Exe wants to hear from you.

We are looking to recruit a member of support staff to play an active role in our continued drive to create outstanding life chances for our students. However, for some of our families, attendance at school is a real challenge. You will be the regular contact home, providing advice, guidance, support and encouragement. You will work closely with external agencies, bridging the gap between home and school, with the over-arching aim of helping young people back into fulltime education.

Regardless of your years of experience, if you are reflective in your approach and have a desire to continuously improve your practice, this is the school for you.
