Our Business Intelligence team plays a vital role in enabling transformational change across acute, community, and corporate services by delivering actionable insights that drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and financial performance. As a Senior Project Support Officer, you will work closely with project managers, analysts, and clinical teams to support the delivery of BI initiatives. These may include the development of dashboards, data architecture tasks, pathway redesigns, and digital innovation projects. Youll help coordinate project activities, manage documentation, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to training and capability-building efforts. You will be involved in diagnosing data-related challenges, supporting the design and testing of solutions, and helping to embed sustainable changes. Whether its supporting the implementation of a new health plan or enabling digital transformation through data, your work will make a tangible difference to patients and staff. Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hours) - Flexible/hybrid working available. Please note, this Hybrid role is being advertised in the RD&E (Noy Scott House, Wonford Hospital) Aperture House, Pynes House, Exeter and, Devonshire House, Barnstaple. Interview Date: Monday 4th August 2025 Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers) Please note, this is a fixed term position until March 31st 2026.
