Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential? Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a progressive secondary school in Islington to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated pastoral team this September.
This large, inclusive school is well known for its high expectations, welcoming ethos, and a proactive approach to behaviour management rooted in early intervention and restorative practice. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll be a vital member of the pastoral team, providing direct support to students who may be at risk of disengagement or facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
