We are proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected and inclusive secondary school in Westminster, seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated support team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students across Key Stages 3 and 4 overcome challenges and thrive both academically and socially.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students who require additional help with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in school life. Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in Years 7-11

Support learning both inside and outside of the classroom

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion and supporting young people to succeed. You will ideally bring:

Experience working with secondary-aged students, particularly those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs or behavioural challenges
