Role: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Bude.
Salary: £20,966 (£14.40 per hour based over 28 hour per week).
Contract: Permanent.
Acorn by Synergie are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager for a role based in Bude. Core days will be Mondays, Friday and Saturday with other days and hours dependent on the business needs. This role is for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate who is looking for join large organisations with plenty of opportunities for future growth.
Job Duties:
- Supervising Housekeeping Staff.
- Liaising with Maintenance team, Operations Manager and Head Office to address any issues within accommodation.
- Maintaining Cleaning Standards.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily activities of the team.
- Ensure all rooms, public areas, and workspaces meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, and equipment.
- Ensuring adequate staff cover based on checking in as well as departures or the guests.
Requirements and expectations:
- You are expected to work minimum of 3 days a week, more hours available depending on business needs.
- Must have driving licence and reliable form of transport to get to and from work.
- Experience in managing a housekeeping functions within a holiday park or hotel.
- Experience of managing a rota system.
- Must be a people person and have great communication.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications.
