Ash Consulting are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our clients team based in Sheffield. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, providing efficient administration support and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
* Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts
* Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
