The Royal London Hospital is looking for an experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our newly established TTA Optimisation Team. This role is vital for enhancing the quality and speed of discharge medication processes, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
• TTA Coordination:Oversee the coordination and processing of TTA prescriptions, ensuring compliance with local and national guidelines.
• Supervision:Provide guidance and supervision to pharmacy assistants and trainees, fostering their development and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Quality Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the continuous improvement of TTA services by implementing local solutions and supporting new initiatives.
• Training and Development:Train and develop junior staff, maintaining high performance and accountability within the team.
• Audit Participation:Support departmental audits and quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
