Rilmac Scaffolding Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator in our Lincoln Office. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our great team.

The Office Administrator Role:
• File and manage site documentation
• Stock data inputting
• Telematics – using RAM Tracking software
• Wages processing cover – using Eque2 software
• Accessing training database information – using our Compliance portal
• Access and input information using Microsoft office 365 programmes
• Ensuring the office is well maintained – placing orders for staff requirements on site, stationery control
The Successful Office Administrator will have:
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (essentially Microsoft Excel)
• References from a previous Administration Role
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-3pm (5 days) Flexible
