The role of the post holder will be to provide overarching programme management function into one of the Trusts most high-profile programmes; a new clinical and research facility for children and young people (The Pears Maudsley Centre). a new adult inpatient facility (New Douglas Bennett House) and a new Urgent & Emergency Care Centre at the Maudsley site. The Programme Manager for this post will have extensive subject matter experience in project, programme and portfolio management and governance. They will manage stakeholders up to executive level and ensure effective communication across the programme. The post holder will demonstrate a methodical and structured approach to programme management, governance and decision making and stakeholder management to support delivery of this partnership programme.
