About the role
As the first point of contact for many prospective families, you will play a central role in welcoming new pupils and supporting admissions from enquiry to start date. You’ll need to track key deadlines and communicate clearly with colleagues across the team.
In addition to admissions, the school administration aspect of the role includes managing daily logistics (calendars, registers, planning), preparing official school documents and internal communications, coordinating with the teaching staff and external suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR procedures.
