We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Office Administrator to join our excellent team. This pivotal role provides essential administrative support that ensures the smooth running of the school’s day-to-day operations. If you are passionate about working in education and enjoy a varied role supporting pupils, staff, and the wider school community, this opportunity is for you.19.5 hours per weekWe encourage early applications as we reserve the right to close the vacancy prior to the closing date if we receive sufficient applications for the role.Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the school office
• Manage pupil administration, including admissions, attendance, and records
• Deliver HR administrative assistance, supporting recruitment and staff records
• Assist with finance procedures, including invoicing and ordering• Support estates management and compliance duties to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Arbor is desirable• Experience supporting HR and finance functions is desirable
