Bristol Hospital Education Service is a Service for students with Medical needs that prevent attendance at school. We are an Outstanding service (Ofsted June 2024) which puts the wellbeing of students and their families foremost in all our endeavours.
We Teach children in The Children’s Hospital and in the community. We are looking for a receptionist and administrator to join our office team from September. Our office team are calm, kind and able to respond quickly to meet the needs of our school community and all the agencies that work with us. They are warm and welcoming with excellent social skills that make our students and their families feel cared for and respected. The new post would be based at our community Teaching hub in Montpellier and is for 18 hours a week term time only. This post is initially a one year fixed term post.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an excellent and committed receptionist Administrator to join our outstanding team for 18 hours a week, term time only. The Hours would be on Thursday and Friday with a third day to be set at the convenience of the candidate.
. If you join us, a typical week in this role may include the following:
- Be the main point of contact for queries at Falkland Road site BHES
- Provide administration support to Senior Leadership Team as required.
- Maintain the pupil database for the students across the service.

You are likely to have gained good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us the ability to work in an efficient and effective manner, within a busy environment.
