We are seeking an Apprentice Development Leader who will oversee the progress of apprentices within the specified programme, ensuring the quality of delivery meets the standards set by the client, EPA, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies.
This is a part time, office-based role working 22.5 hours per week at our client's site in Barnoldswick, Lancashire.
About the role
You'll coach and mentor a cohort of Apprentices, supporting them towards achievement of their Apprenticeship programme, whilst accurately managing all associated data and stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities:
To assist and support the Client and GP Strategies Management team with the delivery of KPIs within your designated programme and business area.
To deliver and develop own skills and professional qualifications to support Apprentice training in a blended learning approach that includes coaching individual and group training.
To undertake a tripartite review with the Lead provider ensuring all apprentices are reviewed using the individual learning plan every 8 or 12 weeks as agreed with the client and the Lead Provider.
To ensure that Apprentice data is managed efficiently with no gaps or incorrect data and also to be accountable for learners on your holdings reports.
Ensure full understanding of recording and managing Apprentice absence, holiday process and expenses using the client systems.
Attendance at best practice and standard meetings to meet the requirements of the ADL role.
To be the single point of contact for your specified Lead Providers managing any operational issues and raising to the Apprentice Program Lead as appropriate.
To manage operational governance including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads.
To ensure that the Equality, Diversity, Health, Safety, Safeguarding and Quality Policies are adhered to within your area of responsibility and that any non-compliance is reported to your manager.
