Crynodeb
The Appraisals Coordinator will: initiate, monitor and finalise appraisal reports for Royal Navy Ratings; initiate, monitor and check reports for Royal Navy Officers prior to submitting them to the Service Personnel Centre; receive and upload reports into the appraisals software when required; provide a high level of customer service to personnel seeking help and advice on appraisals; support the Appraisals team in maintaining office opening hours; support the provision of one to one and group training sessions; liaise with Fleet Directories, MOD Departments and other external authorities as required and; carry out any other reasonable tasks identified. Candidates are advised that this is an administration role with the majority of time being spent on administration tasks alongside delivering customer service to anyone involved in the reporting process.
