The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fast-paced catering team at The View, located within the Easter Bush campus.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to a diverse customer base, including students, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will support the team across both restaurant service and delivered catering operations, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Chef De Partie, you will assist the chefs in the kitchen in the preparation of all food items from our restaurant, delivered catering and grab-and-go menus. You will work as part of a team in the efficient delivery of our food offer to our students, staff and external guests throughout the year.
Your skills and attributes for success:
A willingness to work hard and learn.
Chef experience in restaurant / hotel kitchen.
The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
An excellent team player.
Customer service skills.
Self-motivation and passion for developing your career.
