Experience as a Chef De Partie (ideally in a hotel or branded kitchen — extra kudos for Marriott experience).
A great attitude and team spirit.
Love for food, people, and perfecting your craft.
What You’ll Be Serving Up:
Cook up a storm with a variety of dishes — from regional specialties to fresh seafood and classic comfort fare.
Help guide and mentor our kitchen team — you'll be the go-to for Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
Keep calm and cook on — even when the orders are flying in.
Stay ahead of prep, mise en place, and cleaning so service runs like a dream.
Be part of daily kitchen briefings — your voice matters.
