• Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role (Monday–Friday, term-time)

Key responsibilities:

• Support class teachers with learning activities and classroom management
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional academic support
• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in your subject of strength
• Help to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL

Who should apply?
We are looking for graduates who:

• Hold a 2:1 degree or higher (any subject considered, with preference for English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or MFL)
• Are passionate about working with young people
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Are UK-based and eligible to work full-time (visa sponsorship is not available)
