Are you a strategic, people-focused HR leader ready to shape the future of a prestigious, family-owned business? We’re looking for a Group HR Manager to join a long-standing luxury retail and hospitality group, known for its heritage, excellence, and values-led culture.
About the Role:
You’ll lead HR across multiple sites, supporting both retail and hospitality divisions. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll drive culture, performance, and engagement while ensuring compliance and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead recruitment, retention, and talent development
• Oversee employee relations, performance, and succession planning
• Ensure legal compliance and up-to-date HR policies
• Support leadership development and training
• Manage a small HR team and collaborate with payroll on changes, salary, and bonus reviews
What We’re Looking For:
• Senior HR experience in retail or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• CIPD qualification desirable (not essential)
• Passion for people, culture, and service excellence
