Start Date: September 2025The Governing Body wish to appoint a Supervisory Assistant to work at Cwmbach Community Primary School to complement our existing team. The successful candidate will: • Be comfortable with children and be able to support them on a daily basis. • Have patience and empathy when supporting our children. • Have excellent people skills. • A willingness to work hard. Duties will include: • Supervising children in the Dining Hall, in the playground and, when it is raining, in the classroom. • Monitoring and managing children’s behaviour (in line with the school’s behaviour policy). • Following the school Safeguarding policy and procedures. • Assisting the children with any needs they have.
