The Resourcing Manager will be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, systems, and policies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and seamless hiring manager engagement.
Job Description
Working closely with the Head of Resourcing, you will provide strategic support across key initiatives, data insights, reporting, and change management activities.
In this role, you will champion recruitment best practices, ensuring consistency and compliance through the development of clear, high-quality documentation and tools.
Your contribution will be vital in strengthening our talent acquisition capabilities and supporting business growth through effective resourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and delivery of recruitment projects, including digitisation and process improvements
Assist in reviewing and refining recruitment processes for simplicity, scalability, and compliance
Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation like process maps, policies, toolkits, and guidance notes
Collate, analyse, and present recruitment data and KPIs to aid decision-making
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to align recruitment with wider people strategies
Support change management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
Assist in managing third-party recruitment partners and ensure compliance with organisational policies and legislation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Personable with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, especially when working with policies, procedures, and standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and understanding of recruitment practices
Proven stakeholder management experience
Ability to drive projects forward and take ownership
Comfortable with reporting and data analysis
