Crynodeb
Hold responsibility for progressing the recruitment activity of an allocated Division, tracking progress of jobs to ensure there are no delays, resolving and escalating issues to the recruiting managers as necessary to provide a smooth process. Effectively co-ordinate recruitment campaign activities for the division such as ensuring on time delivery of shortlisting and interview packs to recruiting managers and communication to applicants regarding application status. Provide successful implementation of recruitment campaigns including advert placement services, long-listing screening and assessment centre and selection centre support services. Liaise with the Health Education England (HEE) / NHS England and Royal Colleges to ensure an effective consistent HR service is delivered to all Junior Doctors in Training under the 2016 contract Rotation admin including, adding trainees to TRAC, sending the junior doctors their Work Schedules and Contracts of Employment for their role within timescales Provide an advisory service to recruiting managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of activities and required action ensuring on time and successful campaign completion. Main contact for resourcing enquiries especially those from the allocated Division and to deal politely and efficiently with all enquiries, helping to resolve any concerns early on and escalating these to the Deputy Resourcing Manager if necessary See attached JD
