Part-Time Admin Assistant – £12.60 per hourLocation: Bristol BS34 7QSHours: 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Between 6.30am – 3.30pm
Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a part-time role with great work-life balance? We’re looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to support our on-site catering team in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Your role will include:
- Assisting the Catering Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting across departments when needed, including helping at the tills during busy periods
- What we’re looking for:Confident using a range of computer systems (both client and company platforms)
- A positive, can-do attitude with great customer focus
- Comfortable working in a team and supporting different departments when required
Additional information:
- BPSS security clearance will be required
- A DBS check will also be necessary for this role
