Salary up to £45,000 per annum based on experience

This role is primarily based at our London office with some travel across various locations.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Peripatetic Care Manager you’ll be supporting the Registered Care Manager in the South with the day-to-day operations and overall management of our home care services. You will assist Care Managers and assessors in the field, which may include helping with client assessments and conducting spot checks to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, and to a high standard, in line with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

You’ll have:
It’s essential you have previous experience of leading large teams in the care sector. Ideally you are already working as a Care Manager and have multi site experience. Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Significant experience working within the home care sector
- A good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the CQC fundamental standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Google workspace and care planning software
- Experience of multi-site management
- Proven track record of leading a diverse team
- Experienced in assessments and management of a team in accordance with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Good Analytical skills
