Hours: Full time to include days, nights, evenings and weekends.
Essential requirements:
This position has a "genuine occupational requirement" covered under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and therefore only applications from females are requested.
You must have full UK driving licence.
Ideally you will:
Be willing to learn and try new ideas and approaches
Be a strong communicator, able to give and receive feedback
Be comfortable working with a level of autonomy
Be able to join a stable team and lead them
Have strong organisational skills
Be passionate about the type of work we do
Be resilient, not give up when it gets tough
Have good organisational skills
Be able to see passed a person’s difficulties
Be a calm individual, a clear thinker
