As Team Leader for Joe, you’ll be the spark that keeps the team buzzing! With your natural leadership skills, you’ll confidently steer a crew of 6 to 8 awesome people, making sure every shift runs smoothly and with good vibes. You won’t just ‘manage’ — you’ll cheer people on, jump in to help, and keep the energy high. Plus, you’ll get dedicated management time to work your magic behind the scenes: sorting rotas, joining in on training, and helping the whole team (and yourself!) level up.
You’ll need to be fit and ready for adventure! Joe loves staying active — hiking, cycling, kayaking, swimming, circus activities, and long walks. If you’ve got the stamina and energy to keep up with his vibrant lifestyle, this could be a great fit for you!
Contract hours: 30h
Essential for this job: Must hold a full UK driving licence in addition must enjoy and can participate in outdoor pursuits, including swimming.
