Daily Pay: £100 - £120

The school is seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about student wellbeing, behaviour management, and helping young people thrive both academically and personally.
About the Role
As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day pastoral care and guidance to students
- Supporting behaviour management strategies and fostering positive behaviour
- Building strong relationships with pupils to help them engage positively in school life
- Working closely with Heads of Year, SEN staff, and external agencies
- Helping to monitor and support attendance, punctuality, and wellbeing
- Assisting with interventions and small group work focusing on social and emotional development
This is an ideal role for someone with experience as a Pastoral Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or anyone with a background in youth work or education support who is looking to take on a pastoral-focused position.
