We have a vacancy for an experienced, proficient and reliable person to join our team of ICT Support Officers. The main duties of the role are to provide ICT Infrastructure, hardware and software support. Delivery of ICT Support services to all services throughout Calderdale Council, supported partners and schools.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Provide a fault determination and fixing service
· Leading on Projects and areas of service delivery
· Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers
· Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements
· Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements
· Working in schools and council officers in and around Calderdale
A background in ICT support as well as a technology provider certification or equivalent recent experience is required for this post. A full driving licence is an essential requirement.
