Summary
Calderdale’s Integrated Commissioning, Contracts and Quality Team are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join them to cover maternity leave of the Project Support Officer post.
We are looking for a highly effective organiser, who is adaptable, flexible and is interested in working across several different areas and levels. The post holder will support the work of the Commissioning, Contracts and Quality Service, undertaking a wide range of duties across the whole spectrum of priorities in adult and children’s. This will include the preparation of reports from a range of data and information, utilising a variety of formats. The post holder will also support the administration and coordination of work related to Adult Carers personal budgets, including attending panel meetings, drafting allocation letters, distributing payment cards and managing queries.
Applications will be welcome from those who can demonstrate an understanding of current adults and children’s social care, with excellent communication and relationship building skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines.
A Level 4 qualification in an appropriate area (business studies, commissioning, contracts, health, and social care) or relevant equivalent experience is essential.
