Crynodeb
We have established a Bradford Renal Hub in the local primary care electronic patient record system to improve two-way communication between our renal service staff and primary care teams. You will join a large, friendly, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering evidence-based best practice. The regular schedule of attendance for dialysis treatments enables the team to build professional relationships with the patient group, without impacting on the Professional Code. The successful candidate will be expected to complete a comprehensive training/ teaching package during their initial 6 months. You will have the opportunity to gain ward experience as part of preceptorship period. There will also be an opportunity to take part in an internal rotation programme to gain insight into other areas of the renal service including peritoneal dialysis, transplant and pre-dialysis care.
