Crynodeb
Under the guidance of protocols independently receives, assesses and manages patients presnting to the acute emergency care unit. When required will be expected to assess and manage referred patients admitted to other clinical areas as well as supporting virtual services and the medical day case unit. Work autonomously within a wider health care team Work across professional, organisational, and system boundaries and proactively develop and sustain new partnerships and networks to influence and promote health outcomes and healthcare delivery systems.
