The Outbound Sales Development Rep Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and personable Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team on a part-time basis. This Sales role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys speaking with people, and is passionate about helping businesses discover the value of their IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Development Rep:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our IT services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign leads.
• Provide feedback on call outcomes and market insights to help refine our sales approach.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Previous experience within an IT or MSP company would be highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
