We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Career & Talent Programme Partner (PO7) to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing early talent within our organization. You will work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and educational institutions to promote our early career initiatives and enhance our employer brand. This position requires a keen understanding of workforce development, talent pipelines, and the early careers landscape. As a Programme Partner, you will play a critical role in designing a comprehensive talent framework that encompasses internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs. You will be expected to leverage data analytics to assess program performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be instrumental in creating program marketing materials and participating in recruitment events. Your passion for empowering young talent and fostering diversity will be essential as you contribute to an inclusive workplace culture that champions the next generation of professionals. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage early career and talent development programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and program requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations.
Organize recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities for early talent.
Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote early career opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs using data analytics.
Provide guidance and support to early career participants throughout their journey.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role.
Strong understanding of early career development trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £31.89
