The Senior HRBP Mission:
You’ll be the trusted advisor to leadership teams across Europe, helping shape a high-performance culture.
• Developing and delivering people strategies aligned to business goals
• Partnering with leaders to navigate complex change, restructures, and transformation
• Leading talent planning, workforce optimisation, and succession strategy
• Using data and insights to solve problems, improve performance, and drive engagement
• Working across jurisdictions – especially in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Germany
• Advising on employee relations, reward, and organisational design in a global context
• Coaching and enabling People Leaders to lead confidently and compliantly
• Championing innovation and progressive HR practices – including AI, automation, and DEI
What You’ll Bring
• Proven HR leadership experience – ideally in fast-paced, global or fintech environments
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Sound knowledge of employment law in the UK and at least one European country
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management skills
• CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
• Project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
• Language skills (French, German, Italian or Dutch) a bonus
