Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

• Reporting to the HR Director – Europe, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders across multiple European regions. Your remit will be diverse and dynamic, encompassing:
• Partnering with leaders to shape and implement impactful people strategies.
• Driving initiatives across talent management, organisational design, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Supporting complex change management programmes and cultural transformation.
• Managing employee relations and compliance across several European jurisdictions.
• Using data and insights to influence decision-making and enhance workforce performance.
• Championing a high-performance culture that supports WEX’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
• Extensive HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in agile, international environments.
• Strong grasp of UK employment law and at least one other European jurisdiction (e.g. France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium).
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and coaching People Leaders.
• Strong project management skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• A strategic mindset and collaborative approach – you enjoy working across cultures and regions.
• Willingness to travel to European offices when required.

Bonus if you have:

• Fluency in French, Dutch, Italian, or German
• M&A experience
• Strong Excel and HR analytics skills
• Experience using Workday (HRIS)
