• Strong attention to detail – essential for handling confidential data, exam entries, and ensuring full compliance with exam board regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident when dealing with students, parents, staff, and external agencies.

• Problem-solving abilities – able to think quickly and respond calmly and efficiently to unexpected issues on exam days.

• Confidence with IT systems – comfortable using exam management systems, spreadsheets, and school databases (SIMS).

• Understanding of exam procedures and relevant body regulations – or a willingness to undertake full training.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability.

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in exam administration or within a school/education setting (highly desirable).
