As a Commercial Administrator, you will support the annual fee uplift work, develop your commercial finance knowledge and influencing skills to deliver cashflow required to support the business.

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be involved in maintaining accuracy of process data, identifying and taking action where changes are required, performing system updates and audit systems to ensure expected updated are complete.

As a Commercial Administrator you will:

  • Liaise with Operations and Marketing to ensure commercial decisions are visible and understood
  • Work with Finance to answer customer commercial queries
  • Work with Operations to verify commercial basis of individual prices
  • Work with customers to progress changes to pricing, evidencing work appropriately
  • Support fee uplift work as required across Elysium’s full range of price arrangements
  • Support process control work – audit / challenge where required
  • Support creation and maintenance of a formal pricing basis
  • Work with the Commercial Team to identify, quantify and resolve pricing anomalies
  • Support creation and implementation of market intelligence to support local pricing decision making
  • Liaise with Finance and IT to improve data quality and ensure price integrity

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience of working in a healthcare setting (D)
  • Have an understanding of funding streams (D)
  • Be diligent and driven
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be proactive
  • Demonstrable ownership of issues and issue resolution
  • Have the ability to solve problems collaboratively
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Possess good Excel skills and understanding basic formulae
