A college in North London is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with flexible options for full-time or part-time hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to contribute to a busy and supportive education environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide high-quality administrative support to curriculum teams and academic departments

Maintain accurate student records and timetables

Assist with the coordination of exams, assessments, and coursework tracking

Prepare and update documentation such as registers, reports, and course materials

Liaise with tutors, students, and other departments to support the smooth running of academic programmes

Use college systems and databases for data entry and reporting

Previous administrative experience, ideally within an educational or academic setting

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
