Summary
WS Coachworks Ltd are looking for an experienced HGV technician at our commercial vehicle repair centre in Welham Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
The candidate to have. Experience within the workshop. Own their own hand tools. HGV driving licence. Experience with diagnostics, mechanical and electrical work. Be confident in stripping, parts listing & ordering.
Responsibilities include HGV inspections, Brake roller tests, Preparing vehicles for Mot tests, Repairs and servicing, Diagnosing and resolving faults.
Must be able to work independently and work with a team. Ability to lift heavy objects and carry out physical jobs, must be reliable and motivated, maintain a clean and organized work area, strive for quality with attention to detail.
Hours are Mon - Fri 8:30 – 17:30 with overtime available.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
All to start after probationary period complete
