Crynodeb
The post holder will support the development of the lived experience support and involvement agenda. They will assume deputised responsibility for developing, implementing and reviewing the lived experience workforce. They will contribute to the strategic planning and guiding lived experience voice through the lived experience support workforce and lived experience opportunities within the Trust. The post holder will work to support reporting, research and audit activities for all lived experiences. The post holder will contribute their lived experience of mental health challenges to deliver recovery-focused services, optimising the contribution of the Trusts lived experience workforce and service user and care involvement. By sharing the wisdom of their lived recovery experience, they will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in others.
