Provide mentorship and supervision to junior social workers and students.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate holistic approaches to care.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
Requirements
A qualified social worker with a recognized social work degree.
Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage complex cases effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Experience in providing supervision or mentorship to other social workers.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.32
