Job Description
An exciting recruitment opportunity has arisen for the position of Senior Hospitality Representative working within the Riverside Museum, where you will report to the Hospitality Services Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading a team of Hospitality Representatives in the delivery of a professional hospitality service whilst ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. The main duties and responsibilities will include assisting the Hospitality Services Team Leader in the setup and breakdown of any functions and efficiently handling payments for goods and services as directed by team leader. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to communicate with internal/external customers and meet performance targets whilst being able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
