We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be responsible in delivering all service streams within the scope of the contract. Taking a lead on site with all Security related matters. Act as lead to our client in the delivery of the service.
You will act as the first point of contact for escalation, and escalating issues to operation managers where relevant, drive to meet and improve on financial targets. Carry out team briefings regularly to ensure a combined approach in delivering services to clients.
The ideal candidate would have a background in operational and/or account security management experience gained within a large integrated FM environment. Will be able to communicate well both written and verbally with colleagues and customers. Must be IT literate and a competent user of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
You will have experience in managing a P&L, have a flexible approach to duties with the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate positive customer relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to negotiate complex contracts. The person must be customer focused and should be aware about the market.
You will have and held a SIA license for at least 5 years and able to demonstrate security industry experience.
