You will provide strategic leadership within your team and proactively use analysis to drive meaningful service improvements.
In this role you will establish robust performance measurement frameworks whilst conducting increasingly complex analysis in collaboration with various departments. You will actively contribute to Defence Digital's performance analysis community, building connections with other analytical disciplines to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop performance analyst team members through coaching and mentoring
Establish and maintain performance measurement frameworks across various business areas
Conduct complex analytical projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Contribute actively to the performance analysis community and build interdisciplinary connections
