Premises Manager

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade G £27,711 - £29,572 per annum (pay award pending)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Liskeard School & Community College is seeking a self-motivatedPremises Managerto lead our dedicated premises team and to deliver the upkeep and development of our school site. As Premises Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school environment is safe, secure, and inspiring for students, staff, and the wider local community. You will oversee all aspects of site management.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent planning and communication skills with the experience to help deliver exceptional service as part of a wider estates team.
We are looking for someone with:
• strong building/maintenance experience
- excellent organisational skills
- outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
- a desire to complete all jobs to the highest of standards.
- a working knowledge of health and safety requirements
This is a support staff role with SMART Trust, working all year including some working time within the school holidays. It comes with the benefits of generous paid annual leave, local government pension, training and development, and a welcoming and supportive working environment.
